From detailed software requirements to complete system testing, we provide traceablilty by developing software testing plans that establish clear management, development, and testing responsibilities. We also design schedules and test environments, as well as specifications and test cases. SDG creates repeatable procedures, and also documents system defects that deviate from “Best Practices.”

SDG uses defect-tracking procedures to recognize problems and track the problems to resolution. When appropriate, SDG utilizes automation to support regression testing. Automation can be used to manage and standardize test procedures, produce test scripts for automated execution, and extrapolate expected system performance in the target implementation environment.

SDG also utilizes regularly scheduled internal audits of the outcome of testing results. Internal audits allow us to accurately assess potential deficiencies and performance trends regarding the system being tested — with predictable quality assurance.
